Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that most of our items are customised and personalised, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns.

Personalised Items

Because personalised pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item received is incorrect, or
  • There is a defect or error on our side.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be exchanged, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.


Please note:

  • Courier costs for exchanges are for the buyer’s account.
  • We do not offer refunds - exchanges only.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our side, please email us immediately at sales.piknwyn@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will gladly resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
