Processing Time

• Personalised items: Please allow 5–10 working days for production before dispatch.
• Non-personalised items: Orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of R120
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service used.
• Pik-‘n-Wyn is not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Pik-‘n-Wyn cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
